ECO DRY and ALMAZERO are independent systems — each deployed based on what a cooperative grows. IWM closes the loop for both, converting whatever organic residues remain into protein, oil, and fertilizer. Together on a single site, they make zero organic waste achievable and 100% of the harvest monetised.
Our integrated dehydration system processes agricultural surplus into premium shelf-stable food products — with no cold chain, no preservatives, and strict food safety standards. A co-developed pre-dehydration stage simultaneously recovers the natural moisture from produce as treated drinking-grade water. One process. Two products. Zero waste.
ALMAZERO is our zero-residue olive processing system — a complete rethink of how one of the world's most important crops is handled. Every fraction of the olive is recovered and given commercial value. Zero residue by design. No alpechin.
IWM — Insects as Waste Management — is the final stage of the loop. The organic residues from ECO DRY and ALMAZERO become the feed for insect bioconversion. What enters as waste exits as three high-value products, closing the loop completely.
